Галактика 8.1
Возникла проблема с NAPServer : с понедельника падает периодически.
1) Пользователи которые успели зайти, продолжают работу в нормальном режиме,
У пользователей, которые с момента Х пытаются зайти в Галактику в ms70drv.log появляется : [NAPSrv]: NAPSrv Server not respond
2) в логе SQL ничего заслуживающего внимания
3) в логе системы:

Может кто встречался с этим???

Версия атлантис? До понед. ставили новые патчи, обновляли нап, новые версии АВ?

не патчили, в том то и проблема, ощущение, что на ровном месте подскользнулись..., не менялось ничего.

сейчас пропатчили последними обновлениями, будем смотреть завтра , как себя вести будет.

падения продолжаются...
ХЗ что делать..

1. Стало глючить железо (свич, порт, сет. карта).
2. Завелся хороший вирусняк.

а интересно от чьего имени стартует сама служба NAPServer? она должна стартовать от того же имени что и MSSQL.
А пароли не менялись?
tmp, dsk чистили? По всему серваку!
когда то давно какой то фейс выбивал naps из-за проблем с лицензированием(он относился к тому модулю, на который не было лицензий).
Попробуйте по журналам(их 3

) отследить кто и что приводит к такой ошибке.
Дровишки ключа тоже не мешает проверить и каталог обмена почистить.
А в ТП писали?

стартуют от одного и того же имени,
пароли - у нас NT авторизация,
tmp и dsk чистили,
журналы уже вдоль и поперек: - ничего повторяющегося
где находится каталог обмена?
к тестовым базам, находящимся на другом сервере, доступ имеется - таким образом драйвер ключа, я считаю, не при чем.
в ТП писали и не только - в данный момент разговариваю

От одного имени, а какого : доменного или от локальной системной учетной записи?
Когда-то давно имели нечто подобное у одного клиента при кривой реализации доверительных отношений между доменами.
